On November 13, 2024, Mrs. Ha Le (Hailey), CEO of AFC Ecoplastics, delivered a keynote address at the WPA 2024 Annual Conference in San Diego, CA. Her insightful presentation, titled “A Collaborative Breakthrough in Rapidly Compostable Bin Liners,” highlighted AFC’s cutting-edge innovation in the realm of sustainable waste management.
In partnership with CJ Biomaterials, AFC is spearheading a new era in organic waste management with our compostable bin liners. These eco-friendly products are designed for maximum efficiency and sustainability, aligning perfectly with California’s SB1383 legislation aimed at reducing food waste and methane emissions.
During the conference, Mrs. Ha Le emphasized how these compostable liners, which have successfully passed CMA’s rigorous testing, will soon be available to the market in early Q1 2025. She discussed how they offer superior performance, scalability, cost-efficiency, and faster composting cycles, presenting a significant step forward in combating climate change.
